The Psychology of Human Misjudgement - Charlie Munger Full Speech

Charlie Munger was one of my greatest inspirations. In terms of his clarity of thinking, I think he was largely unparalleled. Although his style of communication is dry, the density and quality of thought is so high. This speech on the psychology of human misjudgements is one of the great ones. It delves into the areas of mental models and decision making. Something I think we all can benefit from and something that I feel is often overlooked within software engineering, the ability to make good decisions. Yes technical knowledge and the ability to use that knowledge is important, but I would argue that the ability to think through problems with the appropriate mental models is equally or more important.
