My Thoughts
Best read on Claude cowork I've found. I've blogged around the Claude Commands and Launch agent combo, but much of this can probably be done by cowork by now. Things change everyday.
I really haven't embraced cowork enough, another tool on the list that I need to simply find the time to take advantage of. All of these automation tools are about upfront investment for medium to long term gains.
I think a lot can be taken from building software and translated here, where modularity is key. To really chunk things into small parts that are easy to understand, adapt and re-use.

I use a very specific prompt to push Claude to check its work and do a lot of testing and thinking about perf and refactoring. I find I can do big features (4K LOC+ with full testing) in about an hour.
